At LED Bulbs, we want to ensure your space is perfectly illuminated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to identify the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the bulbs in their original protective packaging and include all manuals to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
